1-Short Term Residence Permit

In order to obtain a Short Term Residence Permit in Turkey, you need to prepare the following documents:

Residence application form (appointment).

Passport

A copy of the passport (a copy of the previous residence permit in case of residence permit extension)

A copy of the visa (if any) and a stamp of last entry to Turkey.

4 biometric photographs on a white background, the duration of the photograph should not exceed six months.

Valid health insurance covering the duration of their stay in Turkey (children under 18 and the elderly over 65 do not need health insurance).

A notarized rental agreement, a crown number from the municipal office, a copy of the landlord's title deed in the case of a "first time" residence application, a residence permit for extension only from the Registry Office (ards registration).

Children under the age of 18 must submit birth certificates certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Turkish Embassy.

In the absence of one of the parents, the absent party must prepare a power of attorney for the second party at the notary public so that children under the age of 18 can obtain a residence permit.

2-Student Residence Permit

Who can have a Student Residence Permit?

Article - 38 Foreigners who will study at a Turkish institute or university in a higher education institution in Turkey at the undergraduate, graduate or doctorate level are granted a student residence permit.

Article - 38 The student's residence permit does not give the student's parents or other relatives the right to obtain a residence permit in any way.

Article 38 The residence permit period of the student whose education period is less than one year cannot exceed this education period.

Documents required to obtain a Student Residence Permit:

Student Residence Permit application form.

Final acceptance letter from the university or college.

A copy of the valid passport.

Health insurance covering the entire length of stay.

Tax number issued by the Tax Office.

A residence permit from the district governor's office or, if the student resides in a dormitory, must obtain a residence permit from the dormitory. Tax number given by the Tax Office.

A copy of the fee payment receipt.

Proof of payment of the residence permit fee and the right to change the visa type for certain nationalities.

Appointment from Provincial Immigration Administration to submit documents.

The process starts from the day the documents are delivered to the Provincial Immigration Administration, it may change with the province.

NOTE: Bank account statement and residence document are not required for Student Residence Permit.

3-Work Permit

Types of work permits in Turkey:

1. work permit for a limited time:

Its duration is one year for the first time, and if you continue to work in the same company and in the same occupation after the expiry of the term, you can extend the work permit for up to two years and after the end of two years. You can extend it for three years at a time.

2. Unlimited working time:

It is given to people who regularly complete a 5-year work permit in Turkey and have the potential to contribute to the economic development of the country.

3. to start an independent business:

It is given to people who regularly complete a 5-year work permit in Turkey and have the potential to contribute to the economic development of the country.

There are two ways to obtain a work permit in Turkey:

Way one: Establishing a company and obtaining a work permit or starting a business as a company owner or manager.

This is the best way to get a residence permit as there are many investment opportunities in Turkey and you get many benefits as a company owner.

Turkish law states that company owners are exempt from certain conditions for obtaining a work permit.

However, basic conditions such as the legally determined capital value in the company should not be less than 100 thousand Turkish Liras of the company capital or the share of the resident should not be less. More than 40 thousand pounds.

Second way: Being an employee of a Turkish company and the company can get a work permit or start a business for you.

Turkish law states that companies must apply for a work permit for foreigners in Turkey. The following should be considered:

* The capital of the company (according to Turkish laws) cannot be less than 100 thousand Turkish Liras.

* The company must have at least 5 Turkish employees for each foreigner it wants to hire, excluding the owner of the company.

* For partners who want to get a work permit without the requirement to appoint a Turk for the first year, your share in the capital should not be less than 40,000 Turkish lira.

* The company must have paid all taxes with the government

* The company must have paid all social insurances together with the state.

After the company owner appoints the Turks, arranges the capital and takes out the necessary documents, he will make an application for you in Turkey and the result will be received in approximately 30-45 days from the date of submission. will appear and you will receive a residence permit or a so-called work permit.

Receipt of short-term residence permit in Turkey:

Necessary documents are given a temporary paperwork so that you can move legally until you get your residence permit.

After 30 days, your residence permit will be delivered to the address you have specified. If you are not found at the address, your residence permit will be sent back to the PTT institution and you will be informed via SMS.

Benefits of short-term residence permit in Turkey:
